
The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in solving a 32-year-old case of three males killed in Hayward.
Around 11:50 p.m. on Dec. 27, 1992, three males were killed in an apartment in the 21000 block of Oak Street in Hayward. The victims were identified as Oscar Villapondo, 20, David Villapondo, 18, Richard Villapondo, 17.
According to witnesses, a young white or Hispanic standing at 5 feet 3 inches with a medium build walked away from the scene and got in a golden or yellow Chevy Nova that was parked in front of the apartment at the time of the killing.
The suspect, around 16 to 18 years old at the time, wore a Raiders-type parka with the hood covering his head, while wearing a Raiders cap.
