The Solano County Department of Child Support Services has reduced its operational hours due to state cuts to funding for the program, the county announced in a news release.
Residents can still access DCSS from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Lobby doors will remain open for parents to use the department’s self-service kiosk to make child support payments. Any child support related documents can be dropped off in a drop box in the lobby.
DCSS offers services like helping establish paternity, child support orders and medical support orders in court, enforcing child and spousal support orders, locating parents, modifying child support orders and collecting and distributing child support payments.
